I appreciate all my ongoing cardiac care.

I was admitted into St. Anthony's in October 2011 for congestive heart failure at the age of 47.  It was determined at that time after a cardio cath that I was going to need by-pass surgery.  My quaduple by-pass surgery was pemformed on November 15, 2011.  The care I received from the staff at St. Anthony's was outstanding.  I especially remember the care I received from one of my nurses "Sister Susan."

My follow-up visits with Dr. Dennis Disch from Heart Speciality Associates have been great and his staff as well have been very helpful with all my medication changes.

I was admitted again in February 2012 for another cardio cath which showed a blockage in one of my grafts.  The staff again was very caring to me and very helpful in letting my family understand what was going on.

I also wanted to thank the staff at Dr. Wilson-Yang's office for being very helpful during all the follow-up visits made to her office.
