Start Allergy Medicines Sooner Than Later

Start preparing with the right medicines now!


It might still be cold outside, but start thinking about early prevention if you are a seasonal allergy sufferer. The American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology recommends seasonal allergy sufferers start taking either over-the-counter or prescribed medicines two weeks before you typically start to experience symptoms. The association recommends the following tips to control your seasonal allergies:

The organization also notes that while 2012 was a bad year for seasonal allergies and overall pollen counts, a recent study predicts pollen counts will rise dramatically over the next two decades. Start preparing with the right medicines now!
