Mary Graham, M.D., radiation oncologist
Mary Graham, M.D., radiation oncologist, has joined the team of doctors at St. Anthony’s Cancer Care Center. She brings considerable experience treating breast, prostate, lung, head, neck and other cancers.
Dr. Graham will be part of the new St. Anthony’s Radiation Oncology Specialists based at St. Anthony’s Cancer Care Center. She is the first radiation oncologist to be part of St. Anthony’s Physician Organization. She most recently practiced at Phelps County Regional Medical Center in Rolla, Mo., where she served as Medical Director of Radiation Oncology and Chief of the Medical Staff.
Dr. Graham is certified in radiation oncology by the American Board of Radiology and completed her Fellowship in Radiation Oncology. Prior to working at Phelps County Regional Medical Center, Dr. Graham was on the faculty at Washington University in St. Louis for eight years, where she was division chief of the radiation oncology thoracic service. She has also been published extensively in the area of lung, esophageal and other intrathoracic malignancies, and she has been the principal investigator and contributor to several national clinical trials for such cancers.
Dr. Graham completed her residency at Duke University and Washington University in St. Louis after earning her Doctor in Medicine from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She started her medical career as a registered nurse, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Graceland College, worked full time for two years and continued her nursing work while attending medical school.
