Tai Chi for Health - Wednesday
Instructed by Kym Huie. Is a system of gentle movements that has been shown to improve balance, increase muscle strength and range of motion, strengthen the cardiovascular and immune systems, open the joints, and improve heart and lung function. Movements can be done standing or sitting and are suitable for adults and seniors of all levels of ability.
