Strength Training for Women
Instructed by Jean Curtis. Improves overall health and well-being by increasing bone density and muscle, tendon and ligament strength and toughness. It also helps burn fat more efficiently, improves joint function, flexibility and balance and reduces potential for injury. Classes for adults and seniors and suitable for people of all levels of ability.
