Pilates Mat Class - Tuesday
Instructed by Jean Curtis. Pilates is a low impact program designed to stretch and strengthen the muscles (especially core muscles - neck, shoulders, abs, hips, thighs and lower back) while increasing flexibility and agility. Strengthens the back and legs, tightens and flattens the stomach and increases overall body strength. Exercises are performed on the floor and can be modified for varying levels of ability.
