Freeing the Shoulders and Neck
Instructed by Kelly Feder. Tension in the shoulders, chest, upper back and jaw restricts our breathing, ability to concentrate, and creates neck strain. In this six-week class, a Certified Feldenkrais Teacher® will help you discover your unconscious muscular holding patterns that create tension and cause discomfort. You will learn ways that you can change these habits to a more functional and pleasurable organization of the shoulders, neck, and upper back. If you suffer from migraines, TMJ or repetitive stress injuries of the arms, the Feldenkrais Method® could help you.
