Free Celebration of Love, Gratitude Offered
Sue Schulte, wellness counselor, will present a free program, “A Celebration of Love and Gratitude,” from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1, at St. Anthony’s Medical Center.
Participants will explore how they can replace stress with peace and calm and will discover ways to celebrate with love and gratitude, as the holiday season approaches.
The program will be offered in St. Anthony’s Body, Mind, Spirit Center, in Suite 240 of St. Anthony’s Medical Plaza, 12700 Southfork Road, just south of the main hospital, adjacent to the YMCA.
