11-year-old Emily Hicks of Oakville holds stuffed puppy.

Kim Smithee, R.N., watches as 11-year-old Emily Hicks of Oakville takes hold of the puppy she selected from among stuffed animals recently donated to Cardinal Glennon Pediatric Emergency Care at St. Anthony’s by residents of the Green Park Senior Living Community.  As part of “Project Plush for Valentine’s Day,” the center’s residents and their families demonstrated their kindness by contributing the money to buy the stuffed animals for the pediatric emergency department to distribute to its young patients.
