Cardiothoracic Surgeon joins St. Anthony's
Joseph M. Arcidi Jr., MD, FACS, FACC
Joseph M. Arcidi Jr., MD, FACS, FACC, has joined the staff at St. Anthony’s as Chief of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery and a member of St. Anthony’s Heart Specialty Associates.
Dr. Arcidi earned his Doctor of Medicine from Johns Hopkins University and completed his training at Massachusetts General Hospital, Emory University, and the Cleveland Clinic. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and is board certified in surgery and thoracic surgery. Dr. Arcidi has consistently been named a U.S. News and World Report “Top Doctor” in Cardiothoracic Surgery. He joins St. Anthony’s from McLaren Regional Medical Center in Flint, Michigan, where he was Director of Cardiac and Thoracic Surgery and a Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery with Michigan State University.
