2oz. Havarti cheese
¼ cup Roasted sweet peppers and onions
2 slices Marble rye bread
Vegetable cooking spray


1. Cook peppers and onions, let cool
2. Place 1 slice of cheese on each slice of bread
3. Layer peppers and onions between the cheese
4. Spray griddle with vegetable cooking spray, grill
