Sindelar is currently the chief executive officer and president of Hanley Partners, Inc.  He also serves as chief executive officer of several portfolio companies, including Viasystems Group, Inc.; International Wire Group, Inc.; and Courtesy Corporation.

President and CEO

Thomas H. Rockers serves as president and CEO of St. Anthony’s. Rockers. He joined St. Anthony’s in 2003 with more than 30 years of experience, serving in the roles of internal operations administrator, chief operating officer and president/chief executive officer.

Rockers began his career with United Hospital in St. Paul, Minn., where, he was charged with merging several hospitals and building a 500-bed tertiary facility, as well as opening the first prenatal center and cardiology center. While serving as president and CEO of United Hospital, he significantly increased market share for admissions in the St. Paul market and established United as the dominant hospital organization in the area.

As president and CEO of Santa Rosa Health Care Corporation in San Antonio, Texas, Rockers was instrumental in leading a dramatic financial turnaround, developing an organizational strategic plan and ensuring the continued success of the Santa Rosa Children’s Hospital.

As president of St. Anthony’s Hospital System in Denver, Colo., Rockers set the strategic plan for the hospital system and led the recapitalization and new program development, which improved the hospitals’ market position.

Most recently, he served as a consultant for strategic development for healthcare organizations, working in strategic development.

John McGuire
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

John McGuire serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He served 19 years of his professional career in the BJC Health System, the first 17 years at the Jewish Hospital, where he rose to the position of Executive Vice President. In the development of the BJC system, he became executive leader for the administration and operation of the newly merged hospital.

Most recently, McGuire was Senior Executive Officer of the 628-bed Greenville Hospital in Greenville, S.C., the flagship hospital of one of the largest health systems in the Southeast. He has held several positions in the national leadership of the Hospital Financial Management Association and served as its National Chairman in 1994 and 1995.

He was a consultant for more than eight years with Health Evolutions and Ascension Health. Prior to that, Thames served in leadership roles in community hospitals and academic medical center systems
