Turkey and cheese pinwheels
1 whole wheat or spinach tortilla
2 T reduced-fat, flavored cream cheese spread
(Our dietitian recommends chive & onion or roasted red pepper)
2 oz turkey breast
Shredded lettuce, carrots, peppers, etc.
Lay tortilla out flat. Spread tortilla with cream cheese. Add turkey and veggies to entire surface. Starting at one end, roll the tortilla up into a cylinder. Cut into 1-inch rolls and secure
with a toothpick if needed.
