Peanut butter and jelly sandwich

Ingredients:

2 slices 100% whole wheat sandwich bread
2 tbsp natural chunky peanut butter
1tbsp jam or jelly

Directions:

Using a knife, spread the peanut butter on one slice of bread. Spread
the jam or jelly on the other slice of bread. Put the two pieces of
bread together with the peanut butter and jelly sides facing one
another.
