Turkey and cheese pinwheels
Kids Lunch - Turkey and cheese pinwheels
1 whole wheat or spinach tortilla
2 tbsp reduced fat flavored cream cheese
spread (chive & onion, roasted red pepper)
2 oz turkey breast
Shredded lettuce, carrots, peppers, etc.
1. Lay tortilla out flat. Spread tortilla with cream cheese.
Add turkey and veggies to entire surface.
2. Starting at one end, roll the tortilla up into a cylinder.
3. Cut into 1-inch rolls and secure with a toothpick if needed.
