Pepper jack, avocado, and cilantro grilled cheese on whole wheat bread

Ingredients:

2oz. 2% Pepper jack cheese
2oz. Avocado slices
Cilantro to taste
2 slices high fiber, low calorie, whole wheat bread
Vegetable cooking spray

Instructions:

1. Lay bread on surface
2. Place 1 slice of cheese on each slice of bread
3. Layer avocado and cilantro between the cheese
4. Spray griddle with vegetable cooking spray, grill
