1 Tomato slice
Basil to taste
2 slices high fiber, low calorie, whole wheat bread
Vegetable cooking spray
1. Lay bread on surface
2. Place 1 slice of cheese on each slice of bread
3. Layer tomato and basil between the cheese
4. Spray griddle with vegetable cooking spray, grill
