Executive Chef Anthony Laub, who has been selected as one of four finalists in the Premier Healthcare Alliance Culinary Creation Contest. Tony's dish, Marinated Pork Chop with Ancient Grain–Roasted Root Vegetable Medley, will be prepared by a hotel chef at a special dinner during Premier's annual conference June 11 through 14 in San Antonio, Texas.
