Emergency Department and Trauma

My dad was shown great compassion in the Emergency Room

To whom it may concern;

My dad would like to thank the ER staff for the great care they  him. He apolgizes for being irritable because he was in so much pain. He would specially like to THANK the girl who did his CT Scan. She was so amazing with her care and genuine passion for my dad. She was so gentle and loving and very very professional. My dad was so touched by her that he came back to ER feeling much better. She made sure he had a hot blanket and told him that she would remember him in her prayers – that was so touching to him. Please thank her for us, that meant so much to all our family. My dad thinks her name is Jan or Jane.
