Nutrition & Weight Management
Our dietitians are experts in nutrition! We are experienced and up-to-date in nutrition counseling for weight management and many other medical conditions including those listed below. Schedule an individual consultation by calling 314-525-4508. Your appointment will include an individualized assessment of your needs, diet education and a custom meal-plan. Individual medical nutrition therapy with a registered, licensed dietitian is available for:

Follow-Up Program
If you are interested in long-term support and assistance for weight management, we offer an affordable follow-up package. You will receive six, 15-minute follow-up visits with the dietitian after your initial consultation. Visits include motivational and behavior change tips, professional food diary review and analysis, additional meal-planning, and weigh-in, if desired. Cost is $90 for six-visit package.
Body Composition Analysis
Body composition analysis by bioelectrical impedance is available, and included, in your appointment if desired. During this easy and painless measurement, we will analyze your percent body fat and visceral fat, a measure of fat surrounding the organs that is an indicator of disease risk.
