This introduction to stress and stress management will give participants a new perspective on the body's stress reaction and how we can learn to better understand and control it. Frameworks for re-thinking stress will be discussed, as well as techniques and behaviors to help reduce stress, anxiety and frustration.
Participants will have the opportunity to complete a questionnaire to help assess their risk for anxiety and depression. Onsite consultations with St. Anthony's behavioral health specialists will be available by appointment. Open to adults ages 18+.
