Instructed by Stephanie Benware. Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga for those students looking for something a little more challenging. Breathing technique is very important, as your teacher will verbally instruct you to inhale or exhale as you move from one pose to another. In the Vinyasa flow class, expect lots of movement, such as Sun Salutations and other sequences of poses - one pose follows another with no pause in between. Often, sequences are done multiple time. You will gain stamina and endurance and strengthen and tone your muscles.
