Instructed by Debbie Daugherty. PiYoga combines mat Pilates for abdominal and core strengthening with Yoga poses to lengthen and strengthen muscles, and increase flexibility. Progressive exercises appropriate for all fitness levels.

This class meets 5 times, each Monday through August 1, 2016. There will not be class on Monday, July 4, 2016.
