Free Intensive Outpatient Program services are now available to uninsured and underinsured teenagers, ages 12 to 18, who live in Jefferson County through a grant from the Missouri Foundation for Health.

St. Anthony’s at Hyland Behavioral Health’s Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program offers a multidisciplinary team model with a psychiatrist overseeing each patient’s care. The team also includes licensed mental health therapists and registered nurses. The program is designed to help teens manage the stress from family, school and life in general.

The grant also covers the cost for parents of these teenagers to attend the “Parenting Your Teenager” class.

The Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program, counseling services, and “Parenting Your Teenager” classes also are available free to residents of St. Louis County through a grant from the county’s Children’s Service Fund.
