Hospital Visiting Hours

St. Anthony’s recognizes the important role visiting family and friends have in helping our patients heal. We ask that family and friends always follow our suggested visiting hours so we can deliver the care our patients need.

General Visiting Hours: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Children under the age of 12, when accompanied by an adult, may visit for 30 minutes during general visiting hours. Immediate family members may visit a terminally ill patient at any time.

Intensive Care Units
To promote healing and provide comfort for patients and loved ones, we ask that visits be limited to members of the immediate family and suggest the following times:

  • 10:30 a.m.
  • 11:30 a.m.
  • 12:30 p.m.
  • 1:30 p.m.
  • 2:30 p.m.
  • 3:30 p.m.
  • 4:30 p.m.
  • 5:30 p.m.
  • 6:30 p.m.
  • 7:30 p.m.

Our guidelines limit visits to 15 minutes in the Coronary Care, Cardiovascular Intensive Care and Surgical Intensive Care units. Visits in the Intermediate Medical Care and Progressive Care units are limited to 30 minutes. Preferred visiting hours in the Interventional Cardiac Care Unit and Cardiovascular Stepdown are 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. (If a patient's circumstances require other arrangements, we ask that visitors consult with the patient's nurse.)

Childbirth Center
Fathers, labor support persons and siblings may visit any time (Please make sure siblings are accompanied by an adult while visiting mom.)

Grandparents, other family and friends, may visit anytime on the day of delivery. After the day of delivery, visiting hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
